Neighbors Helping Neighbors: Community Heartlines Program
The Community Heartlines Program was established to exemplify the spirit of neighbors helping neighbors. In partnership with the East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry, the District hosts annual food drives to support residents in need.
Thanks to the generosity of our residents, this year’s food drive successfully collected 300 bags of food, which were delivered to East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry to aid those in need.
If you or someone you know requires assistance with food or other necessities, please reach out to the East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry at ministry@humanneeds.org for support.
The District extends its heartfelt gratitude to all the residents who contributed to making this drive a success! Together, we’re building a stronger, more compassionate community.
